At 4pm on a Friday, an Atlas Jet aircraft had gone technical in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Outsized parts were urgently needed and sourced in Scotland. The team at Diplomat organized pickup within the hour, export documentation and trucking to meet the earliest Saudi Airlines freighter service from the continent. Within 26 hours of the initial call, the part was picked up from Scotland and delivered to Atlas Jet in Jeddah.
